Do I need to book a table or do you accept walk-ins?
We always recommend booking to avoid disappointment. However, we do set aside some tables for walk-in guests too so will always try to accommodate you, perfect for those last minute plans.
Our Willow restaurants do not have designated parking spaces. However, there are large carparks all within 5 minutes walk of the restaurants.
Are your restaurants wheelchair accessible?
Yes, all Willow locations are fully accessible with much of the seating on the same level. We want everyone to feel comfortable when dining with us.
How can I make a change to a booking?
To make a change to your booking you use the link in your email confirmation you received. Alternatively if you don't have this you can give the location you are visiting a call. Please note, calls may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes.
Can I book an outdoor table?
Unfortunatly not. Our outside tables are on a first come first serve basis so are not available for booking.
Do you have vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options?
Absolutely, Willow offers vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free dishes. We clearly mark on our menus the dishes that are suitable for your preferences but are team will also be happy to help.
Can you accommodate food allergies or intolerances?
Of course. Please let us know of any allergies when you arrive and our team will guide you through how you can see the dishes that are suitable for your needs. Our kitchens handle a wide range of allergens, so we can’t guarantee any of our food is completely allergen-free
Do you have a kids menus?
Yes, your little foodies are always welcome. Not only do we have a great menu for kids we also have activity packs to keep the little ones entertained. We also have highchairs available if required.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards, contactless, and of course cash. You can also pay using Apple Pay and Google Pay as well as spreading the cost of your visit using Clearpay.
What is your cancellation policy?
Plans change, we get it! If you can’t make your booking, please cancel through the email confirmation you received or let us know as soon as possible so we can release your table.
Yes. You can purchase both e-gift cards and physical gift cards through our online shop or you can purchase them in one of our restaurants. Simply ask a team member and they will be able to help.
Does my gift card have an expiry date?
Yes, all gift cards are valid for 12 months from purchase. unless otherwise stated. You can visit parogongiftvouchers.co.uk/balance to check your balance and when the card expires.
Can I book for a large group?
All Willow restaurants are able to cater for large groups on one table between 14-16 guests depending on the location.
We do not have a specific buffet menu but our team are always happy to discuss your requirements and help in creating a menu that suits your needs
Do you have a private dining space?
Unfortunately we do not have a private dining space but we can accomodate larger parties within our restaurant but this is not private.
Can I open a Corporate account?
